Our replacement, cancellation, and refund policies.

Introduction

At Unisoft Surgical Industries, we are committed to delivering the right product and excellent customer service. Please review our policy guidelines below from time to time for any amendments.

1. Replacement Policy

While we do not accept returns, we are determined to ensure you receive the right product. We offer a 14-day replacement window from the date of delivery for: damaged or defective products; incorrect items; and size-related concerns (if applicable). Note: To make the process effective and efficient, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of package opening. This may be required as evidence for a hassle-free process.

Conditions for Replacement

Correct Product: name, image, brand, batch, product number and MRP tag must match and be intact. Complete Package: all accessories, freebies, and bundled items must be included. Unused and Undamaged: product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any scratches, dents or tears, with seals intact. Original Packaging: the outer packaging must be undamaged. Note: Replacement terms may vary by product, and product-specific conditions will take preference over the general policy. Replacements can only be arranged to the original shipping address.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement or before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but the customer may refuse delivery at the doorstep. In case of cancellation by Unisoft due to unforeseen reasons, full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible. If the product has a manufacturing defect, please take photos and a video and email us at info.unisoftsurgicals@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest. Kindly record a video while unboxing for evidence purposes. If the product is tampered with via the delivery service, please do not accept the order; if received, and after unboxing you find the order is damaged, write to us at info.unisoftsurgicals@gmail.com within 3 hours of receipt. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For eligible cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders, we may issue credit as Unisoft Wallet Balance, usable for future purchases. Store credits are non-transferable and subject to forfeiture upon wallet deactivation. Any suspicious activity may result in withholding of wallet credits at our discretion.
