Subject to availability of stock, if we are unable to fulfil the items at the time of purchase, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking or receive a refund on prepaid orders.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We remain closed on national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, order value, and delivery destination. Detailed shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed.
5. Delivery Coverage
Currently, we offer domestic shipping within India only.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer support for assistance. Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times and may leave a delivery notice if unsuccessful.

Please note that actual delivery times depend on the performance of third-party courier services. Unisoft Surgical Industries is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Unboxing Recommendation
For quality and dispute resolution purposes, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of package opening. This may be required as evidence for any return or exchange requests.
