At Unisoft Surgical Industries, we are committed to delivering the right

product and excellent customer service. Please review our policy guidelines

below time to time for any amendment:

1. Replacement Policy

While we do not accept returns, we are determined to ensure you receive the

right product. We offer a 14-day replacement window from the date of

delivery for:

1. Damaged or defective products

2. Incorrect items

3. Size-related concerns (if applicable)

Note : To make the process effective and efficient we strongly

recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of package

opening. This may be required as evidence for a hassle-free process.

Conditions for Replacement:

1. Correct Product: Name, image, brand, batch, product number and MRP

tag must match and be intact.

2. Complete Package: All accessories, freebies, and bundled items must be

included.

3. Unused and Undamaged: Product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled,

without any scratches, dents or tears with seals intact.

4. Original Packaging: The outer packaging must be undamaged.

Note: Replacement terms may vary by product. These conditions will take

preference over the general policy. Replacements can only be arranged to the

original shipping address.

2. Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement or before its

dispatched.

2. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but the customer may

refuse delivery at the doorstep.

3. In case of cancellation by Unisoft due to unforeseen reasons, full

refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible - if the

product has manufacturing defect, please take photo and video and

mail us on info.unisoftsurgicals@gmail.com to investigate and solve at

the earliest.

Note- kindly take a video while unboxing for evidence purpose.

If the product is tampered via delivery service kindly do not accept the

order and if received, after unboxing you find the order is damaged

immediately write to us on info.unisoftsurgicals@gmail.com within 3

hours from the receipt of the order .

1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

within 7–10 business days.

2. For eligible cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders refunds, we may issue

credit as Unisoft Wallet Balance, usable for future purchases.

3. Store credits are non-transferable and subject to forfeiture upon wallet

deactivation.

4. Any suspicious activity may result in withholding of wallet credits at our

discretion.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please print this label and attach it to your package. You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified via email about the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additionally, please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
