number. You can track your shipment via our website or directly on the

courier’s platform. Subject to availability of stock, if we are unable to

fulfil the items at the time of purchase, we will contact you about

whether you would prefer to await restocking or if you would prefer a

refund on prepaid orders.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery time

may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Our

working hours are Monday to Saturday 10:30 am to 6:00pm holidays on

national holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, order

value, delivery destination. Detailed shipping costs will be shown during

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed.
